Making an impression with your Job Posting

Not all jobs are alike, so why should all job postings look alike? Make yours stand out and get noticed by job seekers.

Use the “enhanced listing” function (currently at no cost) at the bottom of the job posting form to display a link to your Facebook or LinkedIn page, or perhaps a link to your website – you can even upload your company logo for a great first impression.  And don’t forget to tell job seekers who you are and what makes you a great company.  The more job seekers know about your company, the easier it will be for them to decide if you’re the right place for them to apply.
