Artisan Biscuits Ltd. Artisan, Artesano, Artigianale in any language means made with skill and care from quality ingredients. The company offers delicious biscuits made by real people, not robots. The Fine Cheese Co. is a wholesaler, retailer and exporter of artisan British cheeses, most of which are unpasteurised and all of which are traditionally made. From the West Country base in Bath, Somerset, the company works closely with the cheese-makers in the selection of the cheeses, both in terms of quality and age and visits the farms weekly to collect cheeses, as well as stocking over a hundred hand-made British cheeses. The Fine Cheese Co. has been owned and run from the beginning by Ann-Marie Dyas. A judge at both the British Cheese Awards and World Cheese Awards, Ann-Marie is committed to the survival of traditional cheese-making, and to introducing British farmhouse cheeses to as wide a public as possible. To complement the cheeses, The Fine Cheese Co. has developed ranges of plain and flavoured crackers, English Pickles and English Fruits for Cheese. Each product is designed to partner a specific cheese.
