How to Exhibit?
Only eligible NASFT Member companies (Producer/Supplier Members and Representative Members) are permitted to exhibit at the Fancy Food Show. To learn about NASFT Membership Admissions Process, or to join the Association, visit the Membership Section
Booth Pricing & Package Information
Price: $34 per sq. ft. ($3,400 per 10’x10’ space) No upgrade charges for corners, peninsula or island booths
Some value added features included in this cost are listed below.
- Optional Booth Package including 2 chairs, 2 tables, 1 wastebasket, 9x10 carpet and a one line identification card. (view details & forms)

Show Facts and Features
- A List Buyers: An impressive 84 percent of all show attendees surveyed either authorize or recommend purchasing decisions.
- New Faces: Almost 50% of the buyers had never before been to a Fancy Food Show at the 2011 Summer Show.
- Tap the D.C. Market: Attendance from the Southern Atlantic states accounted for 44 percent of the attendees versus 9 percent in 2010.
- NASFT Match Making Program: At the Summer 2011 Show the Business Builders 1 to 1 program was the largest ever with more than 1,300 appointments in six hours between exhibitors and buyers.
