Open Flame Permit

We highly suggest using electric cooking devices in place of methods that require using an open flame.

If you decide to use a method that requires an open flame, a permit is required.  Open flame includes use of the following:

  • Sterno
  • Candles

Information on how to request a permit will be available here closer to the Show.

In addition to the Permit, the following is required:

  • You need to have a 2A10BC Fire Extinguisher in your booth while you are using the open flame.
  • Your cooking equipment must be approved by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc or another approved listing agency. More details will be posted here as the Show approaches.
