The Winter Fancy Food Show presents 15+ educational seminars and tours addressing the basics of specialty food, social media marketing and other topics important to manufacturers, foodservice and retailers. Our sessions are hosted by experts in the specialty food industry and take place in San Francisco from Friday, January 18 - Tuesday, January 22, 2013. Classes are sold on an individual basis, as well as three package options. Your trade show badge must be purchased separately and does not allow access to the Educational Program.
