Air and Rail Exclusive Discounts

American Airlines Discount

The Specialty Food Association has partnered with American Airlines to provide attendees a 10% discount off ANY published airfare on www.aa.com for the 2013 Winter Fancy Food Show from January 15 – January 25. If ordering online, visit www.aa.com and place the Promotion Code (8813BJ) in the promotion box or call 1-800-433-1790 and refer to the Authorization # (8813BJ -NOTE: There is a service charge for tickets issued by phone). This discount is valid off any applicable published fares for American Airlines, American Eagle, and American Connection. International originating guests must contact a local reservation number and refer to the promotion code.

Amtrak 10% off Discount

Amtrak offers a 10% discount off the lowest available rail fare to San Francisco, CA between January 17 – January 25 (includes travel up to three days prior to the convention start date and three days following the last day of the meeting). To book your reservation call Amtrak at 1 (800) 872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. Refer to Convention Fare Code X33L-954 when making your reservation. Conventions cannot be booked via Internet and the offer is not valid on Auto Train or Acela service. Visa Letter Requests

To obtain an Attendee visa letter from the Specialty Food Association please do the following:

  • Register to attend the show at the badge registration page.
  • During the registration process click the box that says I require a visa invitation letter and enter your passport information and date of birth.
  • Once you finish registering then you will receive an email confirmation. Please click on the link in the confirmation that says: View or Change your Registration. You will then be able to print out your visa letter.
