Do you sell or prepare food with grass-fed beef?

Posted by: SFM on Aug. 31, 2011

This month’s Natural Selections feature in the September 2011 Issue of Specialty Food Magazine, Home on the Free Range, looks at the operation of Prairie Horizons, a conventional dairy turned grass-fed-beef farm. We’d like to hear from retailers and foodservice operators as to whether you sell grass-fed beef in your store, or use it in any of your prepared food or menu items. Is customer interest in grass-fed beef growing? What type of feedback have you received?

Suppliers of grass-fed beef products, please take a moment to tell us about your products too.
