The 38th Winter Fancy Food Show starts this Sunday at Moscone Center in San Francisco. Register now for the pre-Show attendee discount of $45 for all three days. The price goes up to $60 this Saturday. The Show is the largest marketplace on the West Coast devoted exclusively to specialty foods and beverages. Amid healthy demand for specialty food, more than 18,000 buyers from across the U.S. and around the world from Mexico to South Korea to Australia are expected to visit the Show to source new products for the year ahead. They’ll be looking at the latest in chocolate, cheese, olive oil, spices, ethnic specialties and natural and organic products presented by 1,300 exhibitors representing more than 35 countries and regions.
