Antonio Mozzarella Factory traces its roots 80 years ago to a provincial town of Calabria, Italy where the finest milk was used to make quality cheeses.  Today, the company uses Jersey Fresh Milk and carefully make cheeses in their New Jersey facility, using the same time-honored tradition of their founder for delicious and award-winning results.
