This single-origin White Chocolate Nibble Bar is made with 34 percent hand-pressed cocoa butter, organic sugar, goat’s milk powder and a bit of roasted cocoa nibs. These ingredients blend for four days in a 100-year-old melanguer from Germany. Askinosie Chocolate is the only small-batch factory in the U.S. to make white chocolate from the cocoa bean. Non-deodorized cocoa butter is used, creating a subtle chocolate aroma.
