Napf resulted from a lengthy collaboration between master affineur Rolf Beeler and a respected cheese maker of the Napf region in Switzerland. Their vision was to create a cheese true to the original taste and smell of Swiss mountain cheese: robust and rustic with small holes, a firm bite and a long flavor with hints of herbs, flowers and grasses.
