more than 300 varieties.
These include a Grayson raw Jersey
milk washed-rind cheese from Virginia

of French cheeses from affineur Herve Mons. The
shop also
has a deli, charcuterie, wines, specialty ingredients and
fresh
pasta. For the grocery aisles, the manager seeks products with
“less ingredients,” such as locally made jams, candy, olive oils,
chocolate and crackers.
