2012 sofi Awards Contest Details
IMPORTANT CONTEST UPDATE
Part 1 of the 2012 sofi competition, with 30 Awards Categories, is closed. Entries for Part 2, for Outstanding New Product and Outstanding Product Line, will be accepted April 30 – May 4, 2012.
Who is Eligible to Enter?
The sofi Awards are open to NASFT Members in good standing only; annual dues must be paid or the entry will be disqualified. NASFT's Member Candidates are not eligible to participate. To learn about becoming an NASFT member, go to the NASFT Membership Page.
How do I Enter?
Send entry forms and product samples to NASFT offices in New York between April 30 - May 4, 2012 for PART 2 of the competition. Fill out one Registration Form listing all entries, and one Fact Sheet for each entry.

IMPORTANT ENTRY INFORMATION FOR PART 2
- All entries for Part 2, including forms, payment and product samples, must arrive at NASFT offices between April 30 – May 4, 2012.
- Entry forms and payment must be sent with samples.
- For perishable entries, mark exterior of all boxes "refrigerated" or "frozen."
- Deadline is Friday, May 4.

Judging/Finalists Announcement Dates
The finalists are selected each spring by a national panel of specialty food experts, who narrow the field to about 125 outstanding products across all 32 awards. The finalists are then judged by about 300 retail and foodservice buyers at the Summer Fancy Food Show.

Gold Award Selection
