Who We Are
The Specialty Food Association (SFA) is a not-for-profit, membership-based trade association founded in 1952 and currently representing 3,800+ businesses.
Who We Represent
Our members are specialty food artisans, purveyors, importers, and entrepreneurs, as well as distributors, retailers, and others involved in the specialty food trade.
What We Offer
Guided by our core values of innovation and inclusivity, SFA supports our members and our industry by developing resources, educational programs, and events. These include the semi-annual Fancy Food Shows, the annual State of the Specialty Food Industry and State of the Specialty Food Consumer Reports, and the annual sofi™ Awards honoring excellence in specialty food.
