2025 Summer Fancy Food Show Registration

Attendees: Only those 18 years of age or older will be permitted on the Show floor. Persons under the age of 18, including infants in strollers or carriers, are not permitted on the Show floor at any time regardless of affiliation or circumstances.

Exhibitors: Only those 16 years of age or older will be permitted on the Show floor as an exhibitor.

Please review below the descriptions and qualification requirements for each business type in order to select the appropriate badge.

If, after review of your business credentials, Show Management finds that you do not qualify for the business classification you selected, you will be required to pay the fee (which may be higher) associated with the registration type assigned to you to confirm your registration.

A physical or online retail business that sells food products from multiple food and beverage brands directly to consumers. Businesses that exclusively sell their own branded products do not qualify under this category, please refer to the Food Manufacturer/Producer category. Purchase orders and handwritten invoices are not accepted. Waybills, consignment shipping and pro-forma Invoices are not accepted. A business that sources finished, consumer-ready food products from international markets for resale in the domestic market. To qualify under this classification, you must be a third-party importer of multiple manufacturers’ product lines, beyond any brands owned by your company.
