It’s the perfect accompanyment for summer burgers and charcuterie trays
CRAMERTON, North Carolina - Months after Slawsa Spicy took the Steamie Award for the Outstanding Condiment of the Year, the brand is launching their newest innovation, Slawsa Blackberry, at the 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City.
“I think we threw everyone for a loop with our ability to incorporate a berry flavor into a slaw-based relish, but it worked beyond our wildest dreans,” said Julie Busha, founder of Slawsa and her woman-owned, North Carolina business. “We maintained those mild heat undertones, which is a nice contrast to the sweetness that the blackberry brings. Of course, we’ve never lost the crunch.”
The new Blackberry flavor is ideal paired with beef, turkey, pork and cheese. Slawsa is excited to return to the Summer Fancy Food Show, and will be sampling the new flavor, along with their four other staples flavors in booth 5325, on the lower level.
