Hiyaw Gebreyohannes of Taste of Ethiopia was featured in the New York Times Diner's Journal Tuesday for two new chicken entrees, based on his mother’s recipes, that will be sold at Whole Foods Markets in New York and at Brooklyn-based Union Market starting this week. Taste of Ethiopia was a winner of a contest sponsored by New York City’s Economic Development Council last summer to fund four companies to exhibit at the Summer Fancy Food Show.
