Miami, Fla., is the best city for foodies, according to a study by SmartAsset. It was cited as the top spot because of its large number of restaurants and specialty grocers. It has the most restaurants per capita, as well as the sixth-most specialty grocery stores. The study found that the average meal at a mid-tier restaurant for two is about $70, one of the highest prices in the country.

The other cities in the top 10 include Seattle, San Francisco, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Minneapolis, Denver, Tucson, Honolulu, and New Orleans. New York surprisingly didn't make the cut, mainly because of its high prices, and the fact that it ranked third-to-last in restaurants per capita when compared to its population, reports Miami New TimesFull Story
