Samba Flavor Launches ChimiButter
Samba Flavor has launched ChimiButter, made with USDA Grade AA butter and its house blend of chimichurri herbs and spices. ChimiButter is now available in two flavors: ChimiButter White Wine, featuring herbed butter infused with white wine, and ChimiButter Red Wine, herbed butter infused with red wine. Launched at the NRA Show in Chicago, ChimiButter is a product extension for Samba Flavor's chimichurri line of sauces and rubs. Its Samba Flavor Delicioso Chimichurri sauce is low-carbohydrate and low-sodium, and it uses only organic herbs, non-GMO oils, and gourmet spices. ChimiButter is available for retail sale and foodservice, for which it is available made with organic rBGH-free butter.
