Attendees flooded the halls on Day 2 of the Winter Fancy Food Show, and the editors of Specialty Food Media continued scouring the floor for exquisite products with enticing flavor profiles. Here's what they found:

Bissinger’s has introduced an array of products; among them are Point Reyes Blue Cheese Wine Grapes, with a layer of blue cheese hidden under a dark chocolate coating, giving sweet-savory fans something to delight in. The exhibitor even offered a sneak peek (and taste) of its chocolate wine, coming to shelves this fall. Booth 1288

Goodpop All-Natural Frozen Pops (pictured below), out of Austin, Texas, is at its first Fancy Food Show and pleasing the crowds with its bright, flavorful ice pops. Refreshing flavors include watermelon agave, coldbrew coffee (which uses local dairy) and hibiscus mint, among others. Coming summer 2013 is strawberry lemonade, packed with real strawberries. La Tourangelle puts its gourmet oils to use in a new line of salad dressings. The creamy vinaigrettes include such flavors as Mandarin Sesame (using toasted sesame oil), Avocado Tomato (with avocado oil) and Pistachio Green Goddess (with Roasted Pistachio Oil). Booth 1160

Robert Rothschild Farm Arugula Walnut Pesto offers a new twist on classic basil pesto, with a blend of the peppery greens with meaty walnuts and a bright splash of citrus. Booth 739 

Vosges Crispy Carrot Bar offers another example of vegetables showing up in surprisingly places, as mentioned in Specialty Food Media’s day one trends report. The chocolatier pairs oven-crisped carrots with Valencia oranges in a tasty 45% milk chocolate bar. Also worth a mention: new Clementine Ginger Toffee. Booth 1484
