The following 6 companies will be showcasing their products in the Savor California Booth #2174 at the 2017 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York.
These companies are new to the New York show and/or have new products. One company won both the Gold and Silver 2017 Sofi Awards. Others are Sofi winners from previous years.
Savor California is a marketing company founded by St. Claire in 2003 to help small gourmet food producers in California find new markets by cooperative efforts, both online at www.SavorCalifornia.com, via the Savor California monthly newsletter, and at consumer and trade events.

New to the show: Cocoa Parlor
Laguna Niguel, Southern California
Premium organic chocolate bars from fair-trade cocoa beans, sustainably grown, and responsibly harvested. Totally soy/lecithin-free and gluten-free, and Non-GMO. Many of Cocoa Parlor’s 16 bars are vegan. Sister company, Tonic Scene, makes organic raw chocolate bars.
New products: Endorfin Foods
Organic chocolates made from unroasted beans, with no dairy, soy or refined sugar. Proprietary Dark Coconut Mylk Chocolate creates the smooth mouthfeel of milk chocolate without dairy. Also, Organic Single Origin Dark Chocolates and Ritual Drinking Chocolate.
