Eliot's Adult Nut Butters LLC

We are the only nut butter company exclusively making savory flavors of nut butters. The savory component has a value added proposition that is dual use as it can used for cooking in both sweet and savory applications. This in addition to all the typical nut butter snacking applications. By using minimal, high-quality ingredients, we stand out by having great flavors with simple, recognizable ingredients.

From the 42nd Winter Fancy Food Show 2017 (booth 5013)

We are a small batch, savory nut butter company, based out of the Eliot neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. Each and everyone of our jars strives to deliver the most flavorful nut butters you have ever had.  Our grown-up line of products will help take your nut butter experiences to bold new places.

We currently feature seven exciting flavors:

Spicy Thai Peanut Butter

Honey Chipotle Peanut Butter

Garam Masala Peanut Butter

Espresso Nib Peanut Butter

Harissa Cashew Butter

Chocolate Chili Almond Butter

Sriracha Sunflower Butter

So why not update some old favorites and generate sales with a bolder nut butter?

Harissa Cashew Butter

Harissa Cashew Butter pairs the complex Moroccan hot pepper sauce's flavor into the rich creaminess of cashew butter. The subtle heat and intense spices of Harissa pair incredibly well with natural sweetness of the cashews. Pairs well with crackers, carrots, celery, as well as an easy chicken saute.
