Smoked Honey Cocktail Mixer

Bittermilk has created a Smoked Honey Whiskey Sour by smoking honey over bourbon barrel staves, resulting in a strong and smoky mixer with notes of honey and citrus. Bitter orange peel and lemon make for a slightly tart, smoky cocktail with a frothy head. Mixes best with bourbon, but can be used tequila for a unique Smoked Honey Margarita.
