Ibérico Chorizo

Artisanal dry-cured Iberico chorizo is made from the finest cuts of the Iberico pig, the original breed from Spain. The traditional Spanish curing method for this sausage starts with the grinding of pure Fermin Iberico pork and marinating it with hot paprika, oregano, cumin, and nutmeg. As it air cures, the meat acquires an intense aroma and balanced flavor to the palate. Iberico Chorizo is all natural, with no added nitrates or nitrites.
