ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Our wines are produced from seven estate grown grape varietals that are perfectly suited to the climate and soils of the fertile Capay Valley to produce unique wines. Our Arbequina olive oil is estate grown and is milled on our own state of the art Alfa Laval three phase olive mill that will minimize the amount of time between harvest and milling, as well as the amount of contact between the olive oil and the air, so as to create the highest extra virgin olive oil possible.
