We have a unique oil blend in the oil industry: our oils are EVOO with approx. 20% Grape Seed Oil. The GSO is very high in antioxidants and vitamin E, it has a real nice nutty/buttery consistency and it somehow magically brightens the flavors. We use only the finest ingredients, imported EVOO from Argentina, Tunisia or Spain, dependent upon season, since it is coming in from both northern and southern hemisphere, we get it twice per year, so it is very fresh. We bring the GSO in from Spain. Our culinary oil flavors, including Roasted Garlic, Meyer Lemon, Blood Orange, and Red Chili are all the real deal. We do not use any flavorings, extracts or essential oils, only the real thing: we roast the garlic in GSO and add the GSO to the EVOO; the citrus is crushed with the olives, giving a bit of the seed, the zest and the full flavor of the fruit; and we soak the dried red chili in the EVOO for up to 60 days to infuse flavor and color. We have the Balsamic blended in Modena, Italy.
