Exhibiting at the Fancy Food Shows is the most convenient and cost-effective way to meet buyers from every major food/beverage buying channel in the U.S. and around the world.

Only Producer/Supplier and Representative Specialty Food Association Member companies are eligible to exhibit at the Fancy Food Shows.

Exhibit Pricing and Package Information

$34 per sq. ft. (no upgrade charges for corners, peninsula or island booths).

The following value-added features are included in the cost for Association Members:

  • 8' high black back drape
  • 3' high black side drape
  • Complimentary Turnkey Booth Package (must sign up by deadline)
    • (2) 6' undraped tables
    • (2) folding chairs
    • (1) wastebasket
    • 9' x 10' gray booth carpet
    • 7" x 44" one-line identification sign
  • Complimentary 500-watt electrical outlet if you order a lead retrieval machine (must sign up by deadline)
  • Participation in the Business Builders Program - you are matched up with buyers in one-on-one meetings before the show even starts (last day of Move-in - Saturday). Please click here for more details.
  • Listing in the Official Show Directory, Website, and mobile application- (5) Complimentary show badges (5 per 10' x 10' of exhibit space)
  • If you are driving in your own freight, the first 200 pounds is delivered to your booth at no charge to you, compliments of the Association.
  • Complimentary Exhibitor Lunch on last day of Move-In (Saturday)
  • Complimentary computer workstation access and private meeting space in our Exhibitor lounges
