2018 EARLY BOOTH SELECTION
Winter Fancy Food Show
Pre-Draw and Space Draw are the Association’s advance booth selection processes for our members. We encourage you to participate and gain the advantage of selecting your booth space early!
How Does It Work?
On Friday November 11, 2016, information was sent via email regarding participation.
Pre-Draw (members with Priority #’s 1-36)
Please return your Exhibit Space Contract with 40% deposit to be received in our office by December 2, 2016. Your company’s booth selection order is based on your Priority Point and the date your contract and payment are received in our office. Friday December 9, 2016, you will be emailed an appointment time at which you will be called to select your booth via phone. Booth selection calls will begin December 15.
Space Draw (members with Priority #’s 37-42)
Please return your Exhibit Space Contract with 40% deposit to be received in our office by January 6, 2017 and attend Space Draw on Saturday, January 21, 2017 (the day prior to the opening of the 2017 Show) to select your space for the 2018 Winter Fancy Food Show. Your Space Draw timeslot and the Space Draw location at the Moscone Center will be emailed to you approximately two weeks prior to the upcoming show.

IMPORTANT!MOSCONE CONVENTION CENTER RENOVATION CONDITIONS
- Existing North & South Hall Lobbies will be UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
- Past South Hall entrance points will be UNAVAILABLE in 2018.
- South Hall access down to exhibit level will be limited to ONE escalator/elevator/stairway.
- New South Hall Lobby will have direct access to Esplanade level.
- Gateway Ballroom will be CLOSED for renovation. Exhibit booths will move to Esplanade level.
- Past North Hall Lobby access will now be funneled through a modified walkway.
- Walkway connector between North & South Halls will now flow directly into the renovated South Hall space next to the escalators from South upper lobby.
