On-site Press Office

This is where journalists covering the Fancy Food Show from top media in the U.S. and worldwide pick up their badges, and visit throughout the show. They are eager to read the latest news about exhibitors. Exhibitor may drop off press kits or releases on a first-come, first-served basis. Suggested quantity: 50.

Press Materials Drop-off Times

  • Saturday, January 21: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Sunday, January 22: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Monday, January 23: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday, January 24: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Exhibitors may stop by the press office to replenish materials. Please note: Exhibitors and their p.r. consultants are not permitted to remain in the Press Office; it is for journalists only.

Product Samples

The Fancy Food Show no longer permits exhibitors to provide product samples in the Press Office.

Bulletin Board

Exhibitors may post information about press events/interview opportunities at their booths during show hours, including book signings or cooking demonstrations

Free Show Press Release Distribution

Members exhibiting at Fancy Food Shows may post show-specific releases on for round-the-clock visibility and automatic distribution to 400+ influential industry media.

This exclusive member benefit is available at no cost in partnership with the Specialty Food Association’s official news service provider, PR Newswire's Virtual Press Office.

Members exhibiting at a show may post up to six press releases per show via the Virtual Press Office (VPO). Upload your releases here. Select “Fancy Food Show.”

For guaranteed posting, materials for the Winter Fancy Food Show must be filed by Monday, January 15, 2017. The VPO team will make every effort to post releases throughout the show.

Post-Show Report:

The Virtual Press Office sends exhibitors who post releases a free measurement report listing the names and publications of journalists who received links to their press materials.

Three Ways to Add a Badge to Your Website

1. Create a button that links to the Fancy Food Show Website

You can do this by copying the embed code to the right of each badge image and pasting it into the HTML Source editor of your website.

2. Create a button that links to a different location:

You will follow the same directions mentioned in number 1, but you should replace the part of the code that reads "" target="_blank" to read ""

3. Create an image button that does not link: Right click on the image and select "Save image as...".

You can then upload this image to your website. If you would like to link this image to, follow the embed code instructions in number 1 & 2, but replace the image file location with the location of the image on your website.
