Big Spoon Roasters was founded with a mission to build a healthier relationship with our planet through delicious, nutritious food made without compromise. All of our nut butters and bars are handmade from scratch in our own facility in Hillsborough, NC. We make every batch to order, offering incomparable freshness and flavor. Each ingredient is carefully selected and sourced directly from local and likeminded producers who share our dedication to authentic quality. Every food has a story, and our ingredients are traceable to the farms and people that produced them. We approach every part of our business, form ingredients and packaging to employee benefits and community involvement, with sustainability in mind. We strive for zero waste by maximizing recycling, minimizing waste, reducing consumption, and ensuring that our packaging is made to be reused or recycled back into nature or the marketplace.
