Why Did SFA Create Winter FancyFaire*?

It’s a great question! 

First, because we’ve been listening. We heard from our maker members, show attendees, and others that they wanted something different from our first-of-the-year event. 

Second, because the specialty food industry is changing. The people who work in the industry are changing—adapting and evolving. The trade show SFA offers them should, too.

We heard your concerns, needs, and goals, and we worked hard to build an event that delivers meaningful solutions.
