Here's what you need to know about booking your booth and exhibiting at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show.

  • 1. Confirm your SFA membership status

    If your company is U.S.-based, you must be an SFA member in good standing to exhibit at Fancy Food Shows.

    2. Connect with your Sales Representative to complete your contract and payment

    Reach out via email or phone to your dedicated Sales Representative, who will send you a link to complete your contract online.

    3. Work with SFA Sales Representative to choose your booth

    After your contract and payment are complete, your Sales Representative will get back to you within two business days to start the booth selection process. 
    Note: booths cannot be assigned until payment is received.

    Please note: All SFA members must be product qualified to exhibit at the Show (the approval process takes about two weeks). However, we will start the contract and booking process with you while you get qualified. 

     

  • Dedicated Pavilions help attendees navigate the Show Floor, bringing highly interested buyers right to Pavilion exhibitors' booths.

    To inquire about exhibiting in a category-specific Pavilion, talk to an SFA Rep!

     

    • Each 10x10 booth will be set with 8’ high black back drape and 3’ high black side drape
    • A two-line identification sign (except International Pavilion Exhibitors)
    • Listing in the online directory and mobile app
    • Complimentary exhibitor badges: 5 badges per 10' x 10' of exhibit space. Additional badges over allotment can be purchased.
  • Material Handling/Drayage Package 

    • SFA covers the cost of 200 lbs of material handling for each 10' x 10' booth space occupies. For example, a 20’x20’ booth would receive 800 lbs of complimentary material handling.

    Complimentary Booth Package per 100 sq ft  (must submit by the deadline):

    • (2) 6’ undraped tables (30” high x 24” wide)
    • (2) chairs
    • (1) wastebasket
    • 10x10 booth carpet (black)
    • 11”x17” company name identification sign

    The complimentary booth package can be requested via the Freeman Services Portal once a booth contract is finalized.

  • Each Specialty Food Association event has their own set of Priority Numbers. The priority point system is based on the length of a member’s exhibiting history. The longer a member has been exhibiting in that show, the lower the priority point. The lower the priority point, the earlier you are in the booth selection order. If you do not exhibit in a show, you lose a priority point (your point will increase).
     
    For example: If you exhibited in the Summer Fancy Food Show for the first time in 2025, your company’s Priority Number for the Summer Show would be #69, since that was our 69th Summer Fancy Food Show.  Winter FancyFaire* is a brand-new show, starting with a Priority Point of 1.
     
    To maintain your Priority Points, you need to participate in the show each year and stay current on your booth payments.
     

    • For each year that your company does not exhibit at a show, your company’s Priority Number for that event (Winter FancyFaire* or the Summer Fancy Food Show) will increase (worsen) by one point.
     
    • If your company exhibits in a distributor’s booth, that show would not count towards your Priority Points. As a result, your company’s Priority Number will increase (worsen) by one point.
     
    • If your company is delinquent in making a progress payment on your exhibit space contract, your company’s Priority Number will increase (worsen) by up to two points.
