$4400 for each 10x10 booth* for Specialty Food Association members
$4500 for each 10x10 booth* for international pavilion organizers & international non-member exhibitors
* $500 upcharge per 10x10 corner booth
How to book your booth
- Confirm your SFA membership status
If your company is U.S.-based, you must be an SFA member in good standing to exhibit at Fancy Food Shows.

Reach out via email or phone to your dedicated Relations Manager, who will send you a link to complete your contract online.

After your contract and payment are complete, your Relations Manager will get back to you within two business days to start the booth selection process.
Note: booths cannot be assigned until payment is received.
Please note: All SFA members must be product qualified to exhibit at the Show (the approval process takes about two weeks). However, we will start the contract and booking process with you while you get qualified.
What's included for all exhibitors?
- Each 10x10 booth will be set with 8’ high black back drape and 3’ high black side drape
- A two-line identification sign (except International Pavilion Exhibitors)
- Listing in the online directory and mobile app
- Complimentary exhibitor badges: 5 badges per 10' x 10' of exhibit space. Additional badges over allotment can be purchased.
Complimentary add-ons available to SFA member exhibitors:
- Material Handling/Drayage Package
- SFA covers the cost of 100 lbs of material handling for each 10' x 10' booth space occupies.
For example, a 20’x20’ booth would receive 400 lbs of complimentary material handling. - In addition, for exhibitors in a linear booth space up to 400 sq ft, SFA will also cover the cost of an additional 100 lbs of material handling per 10' x 10' booth.
- Booth Package:
- (2) 6' undraped tables (30” high x 24” wide)
- (2) chairs
- (1) wastebasket
- 10' x 10' booth carpet
The complimentary booth package can be requested via the Freeman Services Portal once a booth contract is finalized.
