To streamline registration completion of approved registrants, we require a valid credit card at the time you register online. Once your registration is completed, your card will be charged. Depending on your final business classification, you may be required to pay a balance.

Unfortunately, you cannot transfer your registration to another person. We also cannot transfer your registration to another show.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect identification of the business registration category. All payments made for registration, education, or add-on events are final. Badge transfers to other shows or other individuals are not permitted.

The Fancy Food Show is a trade only show - Each person attending the show must qualify and register.

No attendee under 18 (including infants) is permitted on the show floor at any time, regardless of affiliation or circumstances. No exhibitor under the age of 16 is permitted on the show floor at any time, regardless if affiliation or circumstances.

We no longer offer a Key Buyer Badge.

The Maker Prep Course is a collaborative in-person and online program that will provide foundational knowledge and guidance to up-and-coming specialty food makers in set groups, limited to 100 participants each.
Throughout the Course, participants will have unlimited access to educational materials and can work at their own pace, connecting and collaborating with one another through a dedicated group chat channel. SFA will provide class discussion and personal exploration prompts, and facilitate monthly live coaching sessions led by industry experts.
