FAQs
-
Many early-stage brands can’t spare the budget or the hours required to stand up and staff a full-sized tradeshow booth for three days. SFA is eager to help lower the barrier to entry to exhibit at the Summer Fancy Food Show and Winter FancyFaire*, and help smaller brands enjoy the myriad benefits of tradeshow participation: meeting buyers, press, and investors, testing their pitches, getting feedback, growing their networks, and more.
Access to emerging specialty food businesses is also great for many of the attendees of SFA tradeshows. Buyers, investors, and press can make early connections to growing brands and discover innovative new products before their competitors do, in the SFA Spark Pavilion.
-
These options are available to any specialty food or beverage manufacturer that has never exhibited or attended an SFA tradeshow (the Summer Fancy Food Show, Winter FancyFaire*, or former Winter Fancy Food Show).
SFA membership is required to exhibit and can be obtained during the booking process.
-
Participation at each level is limited to two SFA tradeshows total, after which the business must move to the next level. For example, your company may book a One-Day Kiosk at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show and then again at Winter FancyFaire* 2027, or at the 2026 and then the 2027 Summer Fancy Food Shows. After your second show of One-Day Kiosk participation, for the next show you must book a Three-Day Tabletop or larger exhibit space.
-
Any business that booked exhibit space through SFA in the past is not eligible for the SFA Spark Pavilion options. If a business previously participated in an SFA tradeshow through an Alliance Partner Pavilion in a 5x10 or Incubator Village, they may book a Three-Day 5x10 booth but are not eligible for the One-Day Kiosk or Three-Day Tabletop.
