North America Pastry Competition Championship

Check out world-renowned pasty chefs live in action, Sunday and Monday during the Show! The North America Pastry Champions Trophy is a celebration of North America's culinary diversity, emphasizing sustainability and responsible sourcing. Eight teams, each comprised of two pastry chefs, will unite to face three challenging rounds.
See virtuosity in action and hear from an exceptional panel of judges, led by Competition President Dominique Ansel and Jury President Pascal Guillotin.
