Exhibitor Move-In
- Thursday, June 25: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Move-in Information
- Exhibitor Services will be available from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from the first day of Exhibitor Move-in to the last day of Exhibitor Move-out. Hours may be extended the day before the show opens and the day the show closes to assist with additional exhibitor needs.
- Exhibitors supervising Freeman labor will need to pick up and release their labor at the Labor Desk.

- Sunday, June 28: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Monday, June 29: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 30: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Move-Out
- Tuesday, June 30: 3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, July 1: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, July 2: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Dismantle and Move-Out Information
- Freeman will begin returning empty containers as soon as the aisle carpeting is removed or plastic covering has been laid in the aisles of the exhibit hall.
- All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by July 02, 2026 - 12:00 PM.
- To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline, please have all carriers check-in by July 02, 2026 - 9:00 AM. In the event your selected carrier fails to show on final move-out day, Freeman reserves the right to re-route your freight onto another carrier.
- Complete the Outbound Shipping paperwork online and Freeman will gladly prepare your outbound Material Handling Agreement and labels in advance.
- Ensure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when making arrangements for shipping your exhibit at the close of the show.
Excessive Trash and Booth Abandonment
- Any bulk trash which consists of display materials, carpet, padding, crates and/or pallets will be disposed of and charged both a dumpster fee and a disposal fee during exhibitor move-in.
- Excessive booth materials and/or literature left in the booth at the end of published exhibitor move-out will be considered abandoned and deemed as bulk trash. Bulk trash is defined as any waste larger than 3’ x 3’ x 3’ or 1m x 1m x 1m. The exhibitor will be charged for the removal and disposal of these items. The charges may include the following:

Equipment if deemed necessary
- To avoid additional charges, ensure your booth space is completely clean, and all leftovers are removed before leaving the show floor.
Donate Unused Food
- SFA partners with a local hunger relief organization, City Harvest.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to donate products at the end of the show. Be sure to read your Exhibitor Guide onsite for more information on how to donate.
