About The Offering
SFA's new Curated Connections program connects exhibiting brands with qualified buyers through personalized, one-on-one meetings based on mutual business interests. Whether you're looking to discover innovative products or build new business relationships, Curated Connections is designed to facilitate meaningful introductions that maximize your time at Winter FancyFaire* 2027.
Meetings may take place before or during the Show and will be scheduled based on product categories, sourcing interests, and participant availability.

FAQs
How are matches selected?
Each participating buyer meets individually with the SFA Buyer Relations team to discuss what they're looking for. Exhibitors are then hand-selected based on those conversations to create highly relevant introductions.
How do buyers participate?
After discussing their sourcing needs, buyers receive a curated list of recommended exhibitors and choose which companies they'd like to meet.
How are exhibitors selected?
Exhibitors are invited after being identified as a strong fit for a participating buyer's interests and product categories.
When do the meetings take place?
Meetings are held each morning before the show floor opens, typically from 9:00–10:00 a.m.
Where are the meetings held?
All meetings take place in the Buyers Lounge on the Winter FancyFaire* show floor.
How long are the meetings?
Each meeting is approximately 10 minutes, providing a focused opportunity to introduce products, share your brand story, and discuss potential business opportunities.
What is the purpose of the meetings?
The meetings are designed to create meaningful introductions and help buyers discover brands that align with their business needs, while giving exhibitors dedicated face time with interested buyers.
What happens after I'm selected?
Once participation is confirmed, you'll receive your personalized meeting schedule along with instructions and calendar invitations.
Are buyers required to meet every recommended exhibitor?
No. Buyers review their curated recommendations and select the exhibitors they wish to meet.
Is there a cost to participate?
No. Curated Connections is an exclusive benefit offered to selected buyers and invited exhibitors.
