How To Participate

1) The Campus Tasting Trail is open Sat, January 10 through Mon, January 12, from 5-9 pm each day.

*Participating restaurants and retailers may vary by day and are open based on their individual hours and availability.

2) Reservations are strongly recommended for participating restaurants! Click the links on this page to book your preferred time.

3) At restaurants: view available appetizers featuring exhibitor products on the bespoke Campus Tasting Trail tasting menu. Show your badge to order your choice of dish at no cost, as a start to your meal.

  • There are just 50 servings of the bespoke appetizer per restaurant per day, available while supplies last (surprise collectible keepsake with each menu!)

4) At retailers: show your badge to get a free exhibitor product gift with purchase, available while supplies last.
