Timeline
- October 2, 2026 – Applications close
- October 5–30, 2026 – Chef review and selection of products
- October 31, 2026 – SFA contacts all applicants to confirm restaurant matches
- November 2, 2026 – Participating brands ship products for recipe testing
- January 11, 2027 – Participating brands ship final products (50 servings, plus reserve)
