Welcome to the Winter Fancy Food Show's very own food hall, located on the Show Floor and featuring only the newest products in the market. See, sample, and sip products poised to be the next big thing—and make sure to visit each day of the Show, as new themes and all-new products go on display.

Spark Showcase

Get inspired with the SFA community in this dynamic new area offering all-day programming that will spark new ideas, new connections, and new discoveries. Offering a rotation of expert programming, pitch sessions, and networking opportunities, the Spark Showcase will showcase the creative energy and power that's generated when our community comes together.

  • Start your day with insights from industry leaders. Engaging talks and interactive sessions will focus on business growth, market trends, and industry best practices.

  • Grab a seat in the intimate audience area to hear early-stage makers pitch their products to an expert panel of industry veterans. Hosted by SFA Alliance members and collaborators.

  • Connect with other Spark Showcase participants, including makers, buyers, and experts, as you sample the innovative products featured in the pitch sessions. Drinks will also be served in a festive garden atmosphere.
