SOLATO introduces a countertop rapid freezing machine, along with an assortment of capsules

Its advanced technology system utilizes capsules, to produce gelato, frozen yogurt, sorbet and frozen coffee. Our technology freezes and expels air into the capsules, in less than 60 seconds, resulting in the freshest and smoothest ice cream.

Compared with traditional ice cream production, our single serve capsule system overall energy consumption is reduced by 85%, carbon footprint eliminated by 95% and drives 60% improvement in transportation and storage capacity. Our Innovative approach totally eliminates the frozen production and supply chain involved in delivering ice cream to the consumer. Thus, we further help to address the impact of ice cream on the environment.

We produce wholesome flavors that are sourced by local partners using no preservatives, no artificial colorings and no artificial flavoring, with up to 40% less sugar to create smooth texture and composition

We started developing ice cream in the Galil after acquiring knowledge in Italy. This experience led to an urge to change and improve the system of ice cream production and the development of the SOLATO technology.

Barak Beth-Halachmi - Founder and CEO of Solato

Major (Res.) in the IDF; LLB from Tel Aviv University and a Master in Gastronomic Sciences from Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche, in Parma - Italy.

Barak has been specializing in Gelato for 14 years; He is the inventor of 66 granted patents related to Ice Cream, and he launched Solato in the Galilee 10 Years ago.

Today, the Company employs 45 people in Ma’alot, Tel Aviv, Montreal, Toronto and NYC.
