Covap is a cooperative from Córdoba, the South of Spain, with more than 60 years of history producing acornfed 100% Iberico pork products of the highest quality. We have been importing acornfed 100% iberico pork products into the United States since 2010. In 2016 we established our US branch; we are based in New York, with public warehouse in New Jersey.
