Our products exemplify quality and innovation in several ways. First and foremost our process is as close to authentic as possible, we ferment our Sauerkraut in traditional ceramic crocks for six weeks where as our competitors often cut corners by fermenting in plastic for as little as 10 days. These factors greatly impact many attributes including health benefits, but ultimately superior flavor is our reward for going the extra mile. We also strive to exemplify quality by only using superior local and organic ingredients. In addition we are able to keep our customers excited with innovative flavors especially in our Limited Edition Sauerkraut which is always the same SKU, but always a different flavor depending on seasonality and chef's whim.
