Upcycled Food Association
The Upcycled Food Association (UFA) is a global association dedicated to advancing the upcycled food economy to stop food waste and address the climate crisis. Founded in 2019, It connects members across 14 countries, accelerates innovation, and promotes upcycled food awareness. UFA defined upcycled foods, launched global Upcycled Certification (now owned by Where Food Comes From), and supports businesses in developing upcycled products while driving collaboration and best practices in the food system.
