Case D. Fischer is the CEO and President of Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods, a family-run company in Fredericksburg, Texas, known for its creative sauces, condiments, and cocktail mixes. Case began his food journey in 1979 as a high school freshman, working at Das Peach Haus—his now-business-partner’s original store—where he picked peaches, tended the orchard, and helped out in the shop. 

A proud Specialty Food Association member for 36 years, Case has served two terms on the Board of Directors, as well as on the Specialty Food Foundation Board. He’s contributed to numerous SFA Committees, including the Supplier Council, Education Committee, Foodservice Committee, and as Admissions Chair. 

What Case loves most about the specialty food industry is the people—from growers and suppliers to customers who find joy in the products his team creates. Today, Case works alongside his three grown children, who are helping shape the future of the Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods brand while honoring the core values built over the past 55 years.
