A seasoned C‑suite leader and spokesperson who has helped shape some of the most successful brands in the specialty food and beverage industry over a 35‑year career, Eric’s leadership blends commercial instincts with cultural insight. Prior to Carbone, he served as CEO of Rao’s Specialty Foods, guiding its turnaround and successful sale to Sovos Brands, as well as COO/CCO of Popcornopolis, later acquired by Grupo Bimbo.
Earlier roles include leadership positions with Naked Juice, Saratoga Water, Arizona Iced Tea, and Hansen’s Natural. A recognized thought leader and mentor, Eric is a frequent industry speaker and guest lecturer, committed to developing the next generation of food industry leaders.
