Arn Grashoff

Arn Grashoff is a respected specialty food industry executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning specialty, gourmet, natural, foodservice, and e-commerce. Currently serving as Director of Business Development at World’s Best Cheeses, Arn focuses on strategic growth initiatives and expanding the company’s national footprint. 

Throughout Arn’s career, he’s made his mark on many of the specialty food industry’s most recognizable names, including KeHE Distributors, where he served as Senior Director of Fresh Products supporting retail and natural food accounts across the country, and European Imports, as the Director of Marketing and Procurement. Across each role, he has been recognized for his deep product knowledge, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to supplier and customer partnerships. 

A member of the Specialty Food Association for more than 20 years and an active volunteer who has helped shape the Association in multiple roles, Arn’s impact on SFA has been immense. The 2026 Volunteer of the Year’s has established a legacy of connecting great products with the people who bring them to market, thereby strengthening the industry he has helped shape for decades.
