Caroline McGinley is the Founder and CEO of Gringuita Cookies, a brand on a mission to redefine what store-bought cookie dough can be. While living abroad in Montevideo, Uruguay, Caroline began developing her own bakery-style cookie recipes—decadent, nostalgic, and irresistibly gooey. Encouraged by friends, she launched her first cookie business there, eventually bringing her passion stateside during the pandemic and turning it into a fast-growing brand. 

An SFA member since 2023, Caroline thrives on the creative and personal challenges that come with entrepreneurship. “I love expressing myself through flavor—and pushing through the fears that come with building something from scratch,” she says. 

With her premium cookie dough now reaching more and more customers, Caroline is focused on scaling Gringuita Cookies so people around the country can experience the joy of warm, fresh-baked cookies at home.
