Collette Divitto

Collette Divitto is the Founder and CEO of Collettey’s Cookies, a mission-driven company known for its delicious, made-from-scratch treats and its commitment to inclusion and empowerment. Collette discovered her passion for baking as a high school freshman after enrolling in a baking elective and realizing she had a natural talent for it. “My mom’s not a baker,” she says with a laugh. “So I had to teach myself—and I loved it.” 

Now an entrepreneur, author, and advocate, Collette has turned her love of baking into a thriving business and platform for change. She’s also the founder of a nonprofit that teaches empowerment and entrepreneurship to adults with disabilities, and she served on the Governor’s Board for Diverse Small Businesses in her home state. 

A proud member of the Specialty Food Association for the past two years, Collette is just getting started. With new flavors, more markets, expanded online sales, and a second children’s book on the way—not to mention her podcast and upcoming documentary—she’s on a mission to create jobs, spread joy, and show what’s possible when you lead with purpose.
